Claudio was a pleasure to work along side in renewing our Mortgage with a Broker for the first time. Claudio came to our home on a Saturday night, sat with us, listened to our needs, answered all of our questions, came up with different options based on the scenarios we gave him. Claudio can best be described as forthcoming and persevering. He was very transparent, even educational, about the mortgage process, its many moving parts and parties involved. He kept us updated on regular basis about the mortgage options and eventual application status. He was determined to get us the best structure and rate on the market, and in the process secured us multiple letters of commitment, despite one of us being self employed, which typically requires more scrutiny. We were in touch with another mortgage broker, but Claudio seemed far more experienced and knowledgable about the application process and its many approaches.
